We greet you and your pet by name. Our Fear-Free approach starts in the lobby — calming sprays, comfortable seating areas for dogs and cats separately, and staff trained to keep first impressions positive for anxious pets.
Your technician takes vital signs, weight, and reviews your pet's history and any previous records you've brought. This is a great time to mention every concern — even small ones.
A thorough head-to-tail examination. The doctor takes their time. We don't run 10-minute appointments. New patient exams are 30–45 minutes because we want to understand your pet fully before we make any recommendations.
We review what we found, what we recommend, and why. Any diagnostics or treatments are explained with pricing before we proceed. Nothing happens without your agreement first.
Don't have pet insurance? Ask us about Trupanion's direct-pay option — they pay us directly so you only pay your deductible at checkout. No reimbursement forms, no waiting for checks.
Don't have records? We can contact your previous vet directly. We'll also accept photos of vaccine booklets.
