Kickoff Call — We Get Everything We Need

After you book, we schedule a 20-minute kickoff call. This is where we collect your brand direction, your services, your team info, and any visual references you like. You send over your logo and any photos. We ask the questions — you answer. That's it.

We Build It — You Wait

This is where most of the work happens — and none of it is on you. We design the site, write every page of copy, source professional photos if needed, and build the whole thing. 10–14 days later, you get a preview link. You'll be able to click through every page exactly as it will look live.

Review, Revise, Go Live

You review the preview and send us one consolidated list of changes. We make them. You approve. We point your domain to the new site and it goes live — usually within 24 hours of your final approval. Open it on your phone and show everyone.

For the Premium package, no — we write everything. For Standard, we write the core copy but ask for your services list, team bios, and a few practice-specific details. Either way, we give you a simple checklist.
Most of our clients do. We build the new site, migrate any content worth keeping, redirect your existing domain, and make sure there's zero downtime. You review and approve before anything goes live.
We build on WordPress hosted on our Hostinger plan — fast, reliable, and professionally managed. If you're on a care plan, we manage the hosting entirely. If you'd prefer to manage your own hosting, we can deploy there instead.
Every site we build is technically optimized — proper page structure, fast load times, mobile-responsive, Google Analytics connected. For competitive ranking in your city, our Local SEO packages go deeper with monthly content and citation building.
Most projects kick off within 3–5 business days of booking. We start the week after your deposit is received and kickoff call is complete.
Yes — no contracts, no cancellation fees. Give us notice before your next billing date and we'll help migrate the site to your own hosting if needed.
You'll receive a 30-day check-in from us to make sure everything is running smoothly. If you're on a care plan, you'll receive a monthly performance report. If not, the site is fully yours — handed over completely.
