Every Path to a Straight Smile

We match the treatment to your anatomy, your goals, and your lifestyle — not the other way around.

Invisalign

Invisalign Clear Aligners

The most popular orthodontic treatment in the world for adults. Dr. Rivera is an Invisalign Diamond Provider — a designation held by only the top 1% of certified practices. It takes volume and expertise to achieve that level.

Invisalign Comprehensive

Full treatment for moderate to complex cases. Custom aligners changed every 1–2 weeks. Most cases complete in 12–18 months. Includes refinements and retainers at completion.

  • Ideal for adults with complex misalignment
  • Works for overcrowding, gaps, overbite, underbite
  • iTero scan and digital simulation before starting
  • Retainers included at completion
From $3,500 – $6,500

Invisalign Lite

For mild to moderate correction — crowding, spacing, minor relapse after previous orthodontic treatment. Fewer aligners, shorter treatment, lower cost.

  • 14–20 aligners (vs 30–50 for comprehensive)
  • Treatment time: 6–8 months typically
  • Adults who had ortho and relapsed
From $2,800 – $3,800

Invisalign Teen

Specially designed for adolescents with compliance indicators, extra replacement aligners, and features that accommodate teeth still erupting. All the benefits of clear aligners — designed for teen life.

  • Compliance indicators (parents can verify wear)
  • 6 free replacement aligners included
  • Eruption compensation for growing teens
From $3,800 – $5,500

Invisalign Retainer

Post-treatment maintenance aligner to prevent relapse. Custom-made from your final tooth position. The easiest and most comfortable retention option available.

  • Maintains results after any orthodontic treatment
  • Annual replacement recommended
$350 per arch · $600 both arches
Braces

Traditional & Ceramic Braces

Braces remain the most powerful orthodontic tool for complex cases — giving Dr. Rivera precise control over every millimeter of tooth movement. More affordable than Invisalign for most patients and still the best option for many situations.

Metal Braces

The most cost-effective, most efficient, and most predictable orthodontic treatment. Modern metal braces are smaller, smoother, and more comfortable than ever. The right choice for most teens and for complex adult cases.

  • Most affordable comprehensive option
  • Best for complex bite and alignment issues
  • Damon self-ligating brackets available
  • Includes retainers at completion
From $4,200 – $5,800

Ceramic (Clear) Braces

Same precision as metal braces using tooth-colored ceramic brackets that blend with the tooth surface. Less visible than metal — more affordable than Invisalign. The best of both worlds for image-conscious patients who need comprehensive correction.

  • Significantly less visible than metal
  • Same treatment effectiveness as metal
  • Ceramic brackets on upper teeth, metal on lower (optional)
From $4,800 – $6,200
Teen & Early Treatment

Orthodontics for Growing Smiles

Phase 1 — Early Intervention (Ages 7–10)

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first evaluation by age 7. Some issues — severe crowding, crossbite, jaw discrepancies — are far easier to correct while the jaw is still growing. Phase 1 treatment can reduce or eliminate the need for more complex treatment later.

  • Expanders for narrow arches
  • Space maintainers for early tooth loss
  • Habit appliances
  • Addresses jaw growth problems early

Phase 2 — Comprehensive Teen Treatment (Ages 11–18)

Full orthodontic correction during the most important years of dental development. Choice of metal, ceramic, or Invisalign Teen based on case complexity and patient preference.

  • Metal braces: most effective for complex cases
  • Ceramic: cosmetically preferred
  • Invisalign Teen: best for motivated teens
  • Family discounts for multiple children
Retention

Keeping Your Results

Retainers aren't optional — they're the only thing between a perfect result and relapse. We build retention into every treatment plan from day one.

Essix Retainer (Clear)

The most popular post-treatment retainer. Clear, removable, comfortable. Worn nightly after active treatment. Nearly invisible and easy to maintain.

$350/arch

Hawley Retainer (Wire)

Traditional wire-and-acrylic retainer. Durable, adjustable, and last significantly longer than clear retainers when properly maintained.

$350/arch

Permanent (Bonded) Retainer

A thin wire bonded to the back of the front teeth. Completely invisible, requires zero compliance. Ideal for lower front teeth where relapse is most common.

$450/arch
